  2. Your boardroom, an open floor, the shop, outside the building, or the studio.
  3. Directed as a group: where to stand, where to look, and when.
  4. Solid, neutral colours photograph best together. Brand colours and dress codes get planned in ahead of time.
  5. Composed for where it will live: the homepage banner, the annual report, the wall by the front desk.
  6. Built one portrait at a time when the whole team can’t be in one place, and kept current as people come and go.

Can we book just the group photo?

Yes. Most group photos happen at the end of a team headshot day, since everyone is already in the building, and if it’s the group shot you need, get in touch and I’ll quote it on its own.

How many people can you fit in one group photo?

It depends on the space and how the group needs to be arranged. This has covered everything from two partners to a full company. Tell me your headcount and where you’d like to shoot and I’ll tell you what will work.

Where do you shoot the group photo?

Wherever makes sense for your space and how the image will be used: a boardroom, an open area of the office, the shop floor, outside the building, or the studio.

What should everyone wear?

Solid, neutral colours photograph best as a group. If there’s a dress code or brand colours to work around, mention it ahead of time and it factors into where and how the shot is set up.

How long does it add to a team session?

A few extra minutes. Once the individual headshots are done and everyone is already there, the group comes together quickly.

What if we can’t get everyone together?

Then the group is built from individual full-length portraits, shot with the same setup so it reads as one picture. Someone new can be added and someone moving on can be removed, without reshooting the team.
